Careers services for graduates

The University of Brighton Student Support Services can offer information and guidance related to any aspect of your career planning and development. Services include:

 

  • Access to our careers information rooms where you will find a range of reference and take away material on jobs and opportunities, occupations, employer directories, work/study abroad, further study and job seeking skills (e.g. how to write a CV, fill in application forms, etc).
  • We have careers centres at: Moulsecoomb, Falmer, Grand Parade and Eastbourne sites.
  • One-to-one appointments of up to one hour with a careers adviser to discuss in confidence anything relating to your career plans, for example, where to look for jobs, help with applications, interview practice.
  • The careers centre website www.brighton.ac.uk/careers which provides access to a wide range of online careers information as well as electronic versions of our publications. You will also find details of careers events and news both on and off campus.

 

The University of Brighton Careers Service is available to:

 

  • Graduates and postgraduates from University of Brighton accredited courses
  • Graduates and postgraduates from other Higher Education Institutions during vacations and within one year of graduating.
