Computer clinics
We are now running regular computer clinics on Mondays and Wednesdays. They are being held by our new Computer Helpers, Laura and Stephen.
The clinic on Wednesday is being held at the Halls of Residence at Warrior Square between 6 and 8 pm. The Monday clinic is held at UCH between 5 and 7 pm in the 6th Floor Poolroom.
The purpose of the clinics is to enable staff and students to obtain assistance with their own personal PCs (laptops and desktop).
The Computer Helpers are restricted to just troubleshooting software, so won't be able to help with hardware upgrades and the like. They will be able to advise however.
