Our modern facilities can be hired out for meetings and conferences. They include:

  • A state-of-the-art lecture theatre with seating for up to 102 people; this includes air conditioning, a lectern with up-to-the-minute hi-tech AV equipment and two electronic screens; static microphone and roving microphone available, together with an induction loop system for the hard of hearing.
  • Meeting rooms of varying sizes, capacity of 15-30 people, all have whiteboards and flipcharts included. Hire charges available on request and there is a 25 per cent discount for charities.

All rooms have access to a computer. Internet access is available by prior arrangement. Professional IT support is available on the day to help your event run smoothly.

Meeting rooms are charged by sessions but can be booked for a full day. Time slots are Monday to Friday at the following times:

  • 08.00-12.30
  • 12.30-17.00
  • 17.00-21.00

Facilities can be arranged for Saturdays but only on request.

Catering can be provided during office hours.
