Or perhaps you want to share your thoughts about what the role of the arts/media community in the regeneration of Hastings St Leonards. Maybe you've got an exhibition at a local gallery, or maybe you've just moved to the area or have just started up in business and want to let people know what services you offer.

Projection Space - a show reel evening, Wednesday 27th September, 6-9pm

Venue - Lecture Theatre at the University Centre Hastings, Havelock Road

The Media Enterprise Centre will be re-launching ‘Projection Space' in July 2010 and this event will be the second event in this programme.   In conjunction with the Electric Palace and the St. Leonards Film Society, the popular user content/bring-your-film night previously hosted quarterly at the Electric Palace will now be held in the Lecture Theatre at the University Centre Hastings.  If you are a moving image maker of any kind, we would like you to attend and screen extracts of your shorts, documentaries and installations.  This represents a vital opportunity to have your work screened and gauge audiences' response to your work, obtain constructive feedback and meet potential collaborators.  Ideally, attendees should bring their work into the Media Enterprise Centre before the day of the event so we can get the running order ready.  Extracts will be kept to a time limit dependent on the amount of clips scheduled.  People screening work should be ready to answer questions from the audience in an informal and relaxed setting.
